Commander Kel Irio was a Kel bannermoth commander who served during the Siege of the Fortress of Scattered Needles. She appears in Ninefox Gambit.

Irio was a junior commander; her bannermoth was Spectrum Fallacy.
When Brevet General Kel Cheris first addressed her swarm, Irio was the ninth of the bannermoth commanders appearing in the vidcall. Cheris felt she seemed sympathetic, and General Shuos Jedao reminded Cheris to get used to thinking of her commanders by name instead of numbers.[1]
When Cheris addressed the swarm's servitors later, those on Irio's Spectrum Fallacy were represented by a group of five servitors, each one of a different form.[2]
